Lift Your Finances's Privacy Policy
At Lift Your Finances, we follow responsible practices to
protect your personal information.
Client Confidentiality and Privacy Policy
We understand that you may have concerns about the confidentiality of the information you provide to our office. Protecting your personal and business information is a core priority, and we handle all client matters with the utmost discretion, to the extent permitted by law.

How We Handle Your Information
Your information is only shared with members of our firm who need it to perform the services you’ve engaged us for. We will not disclose your personal information to anyone outside our firm without your written consent, except when legally required. For example, if a mortgage lender requests a copy of your tax return, we will ask for your written permission before providing any information.

Privacy and Tax Preparation
Information you provide during tax preparation is considered confidential. However, it is not protected from the IRS. Advisor-client privilege (which limits disclosure) only applies to non-criminal tax advice regarding IRS matters or non-criminal tax proceedings in federal courts. Tax preparation services are not covered by this privilege.
