Since founding Lift Your Finances, LLC in 2019, Jennifer has built a firm focused on serving the modern real estate industry—from investors and house flippers to property managers, brokers, and more. Her perspective isn’t just professional—it’s personal. With her own family actively investing in real estate across Florida and North Carolina, Jennifer has firsthand understanding of the challenges and opportunities her clients face.

After gaining extensive private-sector experience, Peggy returned to public accounting with a passion for empowering small business owners. Alina Prokhnevskiy
Alina earned her BA in Economics and Business from The Ohio State University (Go Bucks!). Her accounting journey started at home, managing the books for her husband’s small business for seven years. During that time, she became a QuickBooks Online expert and discovered a passion for using technology to simplify and streamline financial management for clients.

With a keen eye for detail, Alina ensures every client’s books are accurate, organized, and easy to understand, giving business owners a clear picture of their finances. Her friendly, dedicated approach makes her a trusted partner for small businesses aiming to stay on top of their numbers.
